How do I return my order?
You have 30 days to return your item after it’s delivered.
Just make sure it’s unworn, in original packaging, with the tags still on.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color for free?
Absolutely! At Bellavere, we offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color.
Just reach out to us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
What is the delivery time of my order?
We ship fast! Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow every step.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally!
No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you shipping times may vary depending on your country.
What parcel service does ALYA use to send the packages?
We work with trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail, depending on your location.
You’ll always receive a tracking code once your package is shipped.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with all the details.

At Alya, we accept all major payment methods:

When will I receive a confirmation email for my order?
Right after your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email in your inbox within a few minutes.

My payment has failed. What should I do?
No stress! First, double-check your card details and internet connection.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been confirmed.
Please double-check your order details including size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

What do I do when there is an item missing from my order?
That’s not supposed to happen but if it does, we’ve got your back.
Send us a quick email with your order number and what’s missing, and we’ll make it right fast.

What materials are your bags made of?
Our bags are crafted from high-quality vegan leather. It’s durable, luxurious to the touch, and a cruelty-free alternative to real leather.
How do I find out when an item is restocked?
The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
You can also follow us on Instagram or join our newsletter we always share restocks there first!
Are the straps strong enough for heavy items?
Yes, the straps are reinforced and tested for daily wear. To maximize longevity, we recommend distributing the weight evenly and avoiding overloading.
The item I received is damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry that happened! Please email us at support@bellavere.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the damage and your order number.
We’ll sort it out quickly promise.
